How to use?
Add 140-150ml of cold water to the sachet contents and mix thoroughly until smooth. Consume within 10 minutes.

Yummy!
I could actually eat this 3 times a day! Not particularly yoghurty but not too sweet either. Kind of like an angel delight/youghurt texture. This one is my favourite by far!

I would still eat this even i it was not a meal replacement for a diet . It is the best meal replacement I have ever had. Only problem is they sell out of it quickly so I always purchase extra. 5* product highly recommended.
Could be better
This is ‘ok’ but way too sweet for me. I was hoping it being a ‘yogurt’ it would have some sharpness too it but the artificial sweetener makes it too sickly for me.

If I had to live on one meal replacement it would be the Berry Yogurt. I normally put a handful of raisins in as well. I would eat this anytime diet or not.
