How to use your exante 4 Week Plan
Your plan is designed to be a total meal replacement diet. It is designed especially to help people with a BMI of 30+ to lose weight quickly and effectively. Simply substitute your traditional meals with 3 exante meal replacements a day, plus 200 calories of high-protein extras. You should also increase your water intake to 2-4 litres per day.
Alternatively, you can use your exante meal replacements in our 5:2 Diet Plan and 1200 Plan alongside healthy, balanced meals.

I am so enjoying the shakes not too keen on some of meal replacements not every bodies choice . I will certainly be ordering more after my month is up
Great tasting!
I’ve tried numerous weight loss shakes, but tried Exante due to the interesting flavours and the choice of juices, not just shakes. They taste great, which really helps you stick to it! I had a more gradual loss of 1st over 4/5 weeks but very happy and hope to continue to use Exante!
A shot in the dark . . . .
I didn't have a clue what to expect; have tried all diets there are and find them much too much hard work. This is a great start and so easy to fit into a busy life. I think that it would be good to have chosen more to my own taste, but it is quite interesting getting a chance to try all the different products - some are so nice you wouldn't believe that you were dieting Banana Shake is just the best! I have actually started to lose weight, but would recommend one meal a day though as I think this will allow you to do it longer without finding it too tough
Great starter kit
What a great purchase while you find your feet. Mostly shakes with a “meals” and bar mix. My husband and I both bought a box to make a start. I’m in week 3 and 10lbs down. I’ve enjoyed most products so far except the vegetable soup but I just need to make that one better! I’ve had all 3 products and a 200cal meal or I’ve incorporated the third product into my meal. All arrived in good time and packaged really well. I’m looking forward to next months order but now I know what I really love having I’ll order separately to get more salted caramel bars and pots of “meals” for ease of making dinners to go. Exante - Yippeeeeeee
There is a lot of variery in the flavours of the Shakes, all really nice. The Bars are really good as well as the Breakfasts (Porridge Oats, Apple & Cinnnamon Porridge, Berry Yoghurt Muesli - in our box). Although the Soups and Meals are edible, they don't look appetising. As yet we haven't tried the Desserts, so cannot comment. Would rather stick to the Shakes and Bars to be honest. On the whole our experience has been good. 1st week I lost 5lb and my husband 6lb. Well impressed. I haven't felt hungry despite only having a 600 cal meal a day. Will definately buy again.
4 Week diet pack
Received my 4 week pack and started the plan with lots of good intentions. I lost 9 lbs in the first week on the 800 plan, so as far as the plan works, my weight loss was wonderful but I have found that it is hard going, not because I am hungry but because everything is sooo sweet. I don't go for chocolate and sickly foods normally and don't wish to now. I don't cope with sugar alternatives at all in my usual diet as they taste horrid and they make my mouth feel awful. I find it leaves me thirsty as well, ok during the day but I like to sleep at night, not having to wake up because my mouth is dry. I wish there were more savoury alternatives. I did order some spaghetti bolognaise as there wasn't any in my pack but even that was sweet. The lemon shake was probably the worst thing I have ever tried drinking. Why do companies think that overweight people like only sweet things? The plain porridge was too sickly sweet too. I wont be having that again. I have yet to try everything but I am working my way through the box. I will continue but have now opted to go for 3 replacement meals and a calorie counted evening meal. Usually chicken and salad because I can't cope all 4 meals being sweet. The red bean chilli was ok. The soup was nothing to get excited about but at least palatable. The support on the Facebook page is brilliant and certainly helps you keep on with it.
Sweet but works
Like others, I find all the products sickly sweet, to the point I feel a bit sick thinking of having the next bar/shake and there are only 14 savoury items. So if you prefer savoury, I’d suggested ordering items individually rather than the box. Saying that though, it definitely means I don’t feel like eating so it works in terms of curbing my appetite! And the products are nice (just TOO sweet!). The weight is coming off quickly though and Im not starving.
4 week plan
The 4 week plan has a good selection of shakes and bars, puddings are a new one for me yet to try them.
Disappointing
I can't comment on the results yet, but my box arrived with just 6 hot meals and 8 soups. All the rest is sickly sweet. I love savoury and I have just enough savoury for half of the plan and at only 1 meal a day. Who eats 3 sweet meals a day ...and they are VERY sweet, that awful saccharin tasting sugar substitute. The 1* is because it is good value, compared to the Cambridge (1:1) plan.

Amazing I am 7lbs down this is so easy I have felt good no side affect and the delicious bars makes it not feel like I’m spoiling myself I’ve love every thing I’ve tried
