How to use your exante 2 Week Plan
Your plan is designed to be a total meal replacement diet. It is designed especially to help people with a BMI of 30+ to lose weight quickly and effectively. Simply substitute your traditional meals with 3 exante meal replacements a day, plus 200 calories of high-protein extras. You should also increase your water intake to 2-4 litres per day.

Great taste
I bought the two weeks box and I loved it I want to purchase the 4 week plan now I lost 4lb but I still had cheat days so without the cheat days I would have lost more but all the product are tasty would recommend this 👍
2 week trial box
So glad I ordered this, its changed my life in such a short space of time I've lost over a stone ! I've lowered my BMI and gained lots more energy ! I was nervous about trying this but I'm so glad I did ! And so will you !
Surprisingly Tasty
I was a bit sceptical as to whether these would taste good and fill me up but I needn’t have worried! The banana & caramel latte frappe were my favourite shakes, and I liked all the bars. I was pleased with my weight loss in my first week, so have ordered more.
Lovely products
I bought the 2 week box to give it a go. Happily I’m losing weight and enjoying the products. I adore most of the bars especially the salted caramel (something I could happily eat every day) they taste amazing. The shakes are lovely too and I haven’t come across any I dislike. I’m not a fan of the soups but I’ve mostly got a sweet tooth so the shakes and bars work well for me. Since purchasing my first 2 week box I’ve reordered twice my favourite products which is great.
Good
Good selection of choices, although would be better if you could substitute some selections for others. I don't like chocolate shakes and unfortunately there were 3 in the box. The shakes are surprisingly tasty and the meals aren't bad either. After a couple of days I found that I got used to the hunger and things got easier as the days went by. The snack bars are ok with the exception of the strawberry and the lemon which are nasty and should be avoided!
A diet that really works.!!!
I started the box just 2 days ago and I’ve lost 4lbs !! It is really filling and I’m not hungry or craving anything as the box includes sweet and savoury . I also like that I can choose something different for every meal which is keeping me going as usually I would be bored by now if the same thing day in day out I can’t wait for my next box already .. ! :)))))
Good intro
A good introduction to the products, however I found it held far too many shakes and not a lot of savoury products so I ended up buying more. I then wanted to buy a 4 week box as more cost effective but didn’t as I wouldn’t be sure how many of each product I would get. Would be better to get 14xbars 14xShakes 14xMeals.. Enjoyed all products though, lost 7lbs in my first week.
Lovely products
The diet is amazing, I’ve used this before and have great results. Only recommendation is that it would be great to advise if you have any allergies etc. for example I can’t have strawberry products but get given the bars and shakes. Which sadly go to waste
A good range.
This is a really good box to get to know the products and to see it they are you you. I would of liked to have been able choose one or two things as I don't like banana or strawberry flavoured things. Other than that really good choice.

I love this diet! And the 2/4 week diet plan boxes are a fab way of trying new and different flavours- and keeping cost to a minimum! It works out so cost effective to order the weekly plans! And I love seeing the variety I get!
