How to use your Exante 4 Week Plan
Your plan is designed to be a total meal replacement diet. It is designed especially to help people with a BMI of 30+ to lose weight quickly and effectively. Simply substitute your traditional meals with 3 Exante meal replacements a day, plus 200 calories of high-protein extras. You should also increase your water intake to 2-4 litres per day.
Alternatively, you can use your Exante meal replacements in our 5:2 Diet Plan and 1200 Plan alongside healthy, balanced meals.

The option to choose would be preferable
Many of the products are delicious, however there are some which i really did not like. Unfortunately, I received multiples of these. I would not have chosen these options had a choice been available. I am therefore cancelling my subscription and making my own choices.
Exante 800
I was amazed by how tasty these products are and how full I was feeling. Leading a busy lifestyle each meal was easy to prepare and consume. A great price, losing weight at a lovely pace and enjoying every moment
Absolutely loving it.
This is my first time (month) with Exante and I’m loving it. The meals, shakes and bars are very filling and definitely worth it. I don’t feel hungry all the time anymore, my sleep has improved so much and my mood is a hundred times better. By feeding my body and mind the right food and energy it’s just very grateful so in return I feel much better mentally and physically which is an amazing improvement for me.
Subscription pack
I decided to go down the route of a subscription box to make life easier and so far I'm glad I did. I've tried most of the shakes, soups and meals now and liked most of them, my only negative is you can't customise your box like other diet companies. I'm alergic to coconut and you can not exclude it from the subscription pack, which I understand, but it means I've got 6 meals I can not use. Other than that it's so far so good.
Pleasantly surprised
I am in week 2 of the diet and have to say I jumped in with both feet and have stuck to it. I expected there to be a difference in taste regarding the hot meal replacements but have to admit found the curry, noodles, soups enjoyable. Haven't found any that I don't like yet. I feel more alive and not so sluggish and although I haven't lost a huge amount like some I certainly feel better. Every one of us is different and I know I am doing this for me as I am learning to love myself and its about time I put myself first!!
Miss
It has good testy products can't default any I love the shakes and n favorite is the almond and banana shakes. Also the milk chocolate and orange and salted caramel barbs are so delicious. The soups I like the Indian curry that was the first one to get finished but all the products are so testy they leave you wanting for more
4 week subscription box
I joined Exante and bought the 4 week box to see if I could live with the food and if the weight loss promised would be suitable for me. I'm 2 weeks in and so far very little has been so awful I couldn't eat it. Most of the shakes are really good, the soups are nice and the porridge is as good as any from Lighter life (if not better). In 2 weeks I've managed to shed 10 pounds, making sure I drink plenty of water. The water enhancers make that easy. I'll probably continue after 4 weeks.
Good price, Good products, Good feeling
I loved getting my first four week subscription box.. it came in a large delivery box and was fun to open.. the selection of products is great with savoury and sweet.. most are great for those of us with a sweet tooth as the shakes and bars are sweet flavours so i haven't felt the need to binge out on chocolate as the meal replacements plus a meal in the evening have kept me satisfied. i have been having three meal replacments a day with a 400 calorie meal as i felt i should start on 1000 calories a day as i have been eating way more that that .. i'm rather partial to a mcdonalds...and i have lost a few poiunds each week.. now i've got the hang of it i'm going to try and do a 800 calorie day to increase my loses as many people have done on here... Good luck on your journey everybody..
