Whilst the pot is sealed shake the dry ingredients gently then open the lid. Add 160ml of boiling water to approximately 1cm below the top of the pot (or to desired level) and stir until mixed. Stand for 5 minutes, stir again & enjoy! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Substitute two of the main daily meals of an energy restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or one meal for the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Suitable for vegetarians.

Yum! I actually miss this when not on diet . Lovely chocolate flavour . Definitely my favourite product overall .
Chocolate porridge
Breakfast lunch tea or snack this is my favourite pot. So creamy full of flavour and so filling. This is a must try to anyone following this plan.

This is my favourite product from Exante. I could eat this 3 or 4 times a day every day and have no problem sticking to the diet. It's filling and tasty.
Very chocolatey
I love chocolate but this was quite chocolatey for me, very thick compared to the other porridge but it was ok.
Dark chocolate bar in a pot
I don’t really like chocolate cereals but as a self proclaimed chocoholic, I had to give these a go. The consistency thickened a lot quicker than the other porridge pots, and on first glance it appeared to be a lot of cocoa powder. I can only describe it as a lovely, hot, pot of dark chocolate gooeyness…really hit the spot! Really filling and satisfying. It didn’t really taste of porridge, just dark chocolate. I will definitely be buying more of them, to have as an evening snack more than anything to keep my chocolate cravings at bay. Well done Exante, 10/10.
