Whisk 2 scoops (55g) with 75ml of water to make a thick batter. Pour into a pre-heated non-stick pan or waffle maker, cook for 3 minutes on medium heat, flip and cook for a further 1 minute before serving.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Substitute two of the main daily meals of an energy restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or one meal for the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Chocking hazard
So thick even with one scoop, tried it so many different ways. Really drying, swallowing it dried out my throat, and almost killed my bowels. Adding more water meant it wouldn't cook on the inside only outside. Buy the other version.

This is my absolute go to when I fancy something cake like it's delicious and one of my favourites
Excellent Pancakes
I was sorry to see so many bad reviews as I eat a pancake for breakfast every morning with the sugarfree maple syrup and it sets me up well for the day ahead. It is true that the mix needs to be the right consistency and I try to be exact with the 100ml of water. If it feels too thick I add a splash of water and mix until I feel the consistency is good. I would advis that you persevere as it is quick and filling and worth it.
Raw
I used 6 of the 7 portions trying to make this work as a pancake mix and it simply will not. Neither 75ml nor 100ml of water make this stuff work. Another reviewer likened it to wallpaper paste and that was my thought. Trying to get it to flatten in the hot pan is a nightmare as it needs to be spread with a spatula and naturally it sticks to that. It smells lovely, but low or high heat, it will not set. It can be burnt on the outside then pulled apart and the insides cooked and inside THAT, incredibly thin as it is, will still be raw. This product should not be sold as a pancake mix and I will be emailing Exante directly to say so. I couldn't say if it works in a waffle maker. I tried once with the chocolate flavour, same problems. The "regular" flavours, however, worked fine.
YUK!
This product is horrible. I followed the instructions completely and 2 scoops to 75ml of water does not work. The instructions to say mix and pour the mixture into your pan. The mixture is like thick wallpaper paste and absolutely doesn’t pour and it actually looks awful. I tried another batch and put more water in. A bit better but doesn’t cook in the middle. So disappointing as I usually enjoy the pancakes.
Delicious, quick and flexible!
Best plant based product so far! These are delicious and taste like proper pancakes and being vanilla they’re great with anything (I like strawberry yoghurt and banana with mine) makes it easy to stay on track with proper food! Only thing - would say each 2 scoops need 100ml of water not 75. Even on their own these pancakes are super tasty! 100% recommend!!
