As well as being ideal for quick weight loss or to complement a calorie-controlled diet, exante breakfast meal replacements are enriched with 27 vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C and iron. They’re also high in protein and fibre and can be used as part of a VLCD plan.

How do I make meal replacement porridge?


It’s easy to make exante porridge! If you buy one of these Porridge Pots, simply mix the dry ingredients with a spoon before adding 150ml of boiling water approximately 1 cm below the edge of the cup. Stir properly and then leave it to stand for 5 minutes. Finally, stir again and serve.


If you prefer exante breakfast meal replacement porridge oats that come in sachets, mix the contents with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl before microwaving for 1 minute (700W). Stir. Microwave for a further 1 minute and then let it stand for 1 minute before consuming. For other wattages, see the manufacturer’s manual.


How should I use these breakfast meal replacements for weight loss?


One or two meal replacements should be consumed daily for an energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to maintain weight after weight loss. They should also be consumed as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle which sees adequate, daily fluid intake.
